Special Diets: Hospitality & Catering Lesson

This resource is a presentation based around special diets for Hospitality and Catering. The lesson has different activities which students may not expect in the typical lesson. Tasks in the lesson include: carousel activity, digital plenary, exam questions, copying and reading/listening. Tips for the resource: Print out the information pages for the carousel and let students move around the room. Use the exit ticket to ask students what they have understood. You will know they have taken something from your lesson. Give time for student to come up with their own ideas in the presentation as there are questions which are quite open to discussion. Please note that the exam questions were not written by the exam board. Enjoy! Thanks, AH Teaching Resources.
